We've now resolved this particular issue. Thanks for your patience and keep an eye on our status page for further updates regarding our Legacy email platforms as some components may still be effected.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
A network connectivity issue is affecting the Webmail client. As a result, the Webmail client cannot connect to the IMAP server. However, direct access via IMAP/POP3 remains fully operational.
