The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and support our legacy systems, we will be performing routine maintenance on the sydmail (SYD email) and OX mail (Open Xchange) platform. There will be three brief periods of maintenance in order to complete required works for these platforms. To minimise impact for our customers, the works will occur over night.

During the maintenance window, the SYD email service may be briefly unavailable for approximately 1–3 hours. If you need any help during or after the maintenance, our support team is here to assist you.
