The issues with the phone system have been resolved and calls can be placed as normal.

Investigating

We would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing issues with our phone system. Customers may experience disconnection when contacting our level two support team by phone. During this period customers can still contact us via our support email and our level one phone support is also unaffected.
