Customers are advised that we will be performing a major database infrastructure change on our core systems. This change will render the business in a state where we are unable to process new orders existing product upgrades. Additionally, customers will lose access to their Console accounts during the impact window of the maintenance. The WebmailOX portal for cloud hosted customers will also be unavailable for the period of the change, the email services will however be fully functioning.

This work is being performed to facilitate the future growth of our business and in line with our current ongoing brand and platform integrations. This work is significant and we have multiple senior engineers and administrators across multiple locations working through the maintenance window, to ensure any unforeseen complications are dealt with promptly. During this period particular pages of our brand website will be redirected to our status page. We would like to encourage our customers to be patient during the maintenance window, and reserve contacting our support channels for urgent requests only as our support staff will have limited capabilities during this period.

We will be monitoring the progress of this work closely and will be updating this post with relevant updates as more information becomes available. We currently expect for normal business operation to resume by 8am Saturday 16th July, avoiding any complications.
