The issue with our phone system has been addressed and is now resolved. Support resources are back to normal capacity.

Investigating

The disruption to our phone system has re-occurred, our Administrators are working on this as a priority. Customers may continue to experience longer than expected wait times when contacting our support team by phone. During this period customers can still contact us via live chat or support email.

Recovering

We would like to advised customers that we have addressed the disruption to our Network. All services and platforms are operational and our support team are working at regular capacity. We are going to closely monitor the situation to ensure its stability.

Identified

We have identified an issue affecting certain customers of our legacy web forwarding services. Affected users can adjust their DNS to solve this issue. Our new Domain Manager service is not affected by this partial outage.

If you are having difficulties recently with web forwarding and your DNS A record points to: 203.27.227.23, please update this to 203.31.199.241 and allow two hours for propagation. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact support for further investigation.
