Our engineers have found the root cause of this issue and implemented a fix. The management page appears to be working again correctly.

Melbourne IT would like to advise we are currently investigating an issue affecting our MyAccount PowerDNS management page. Currently customers are receiving an error message when attempting to manage their DNS - adding/altering or removing DNS records. The DNS servers themselves do not appear to be affected by this issue; any records already on the associated zone files are responding correctly. Our engineers are investigating this and updates will be provided periodically.
